Refund policy
We have a 21 day return policy. However, due to health reasons and policy, we cannot accept returns for earrings that have been worn. Please send a message and we will give our return address. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item.
We process all refunds within 48hrs of receiving the item back. Please allow 3 - 5 days for the funds to arrive in your account.
